Why subscribe?

In November 2020 Amnesty International, the global human rights organisation founded by my Nobel peace prize winning grandfather, Sean Mac Bride, signed and promoted a letter demanding that media and politicians deny “legitimate representation” to certain people in Ireland.  

Angry and saddened I spoke up.  I plan to continue speaking up here.

I started my career in Silicon Valley training Apple engineers in software design and later trained as a psychotherapist.   I am a frequent contributor to national radio in Ireland and have authored three highly regarded books on technology and mindfulness.
